Ownership

The artist retains full ownership of the intellectual property rights of their artwork. Unauthorized reproduction or copying of the artwork is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the artist. Any reproductions must adhere to the terms set forth in the original agreement.

Usage Rights

You may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist. Any modification, reproduction, or unauthorized use of the artwork is strictly prohibited.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If there is a problem regarding your order I will do my best to resolve any dissatisfaction that you are experiencing, please Contact Me if this is the case. I do not offer refunds due to the custom and made-to order nature of my business, however I am committed to making sure you feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Please be aware that the calibrations may be slightly different from what you see on a computer or mobile device screen. This is due to the calibration of your device. I do adhere to present the truest colours across all of my platforms.

Shipping

All artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork. Any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We aim to dispatch artwork within 3-7 business days of receiving your order. All shipments are fully insured to cover any potential damage or loss during transit. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to be available to receive the package. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply. Please ensure you understand comply with your country's customs and import regulations and fee's. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

The shipping timeline for a order is processed as soon as possible, on occasion there may be slight delays.

Open Edition Prints: 3 - 5 Business Days

Limited Edition Prints: 1-2 Weeks

Original Paintings: 2-3 Weeks

Duties and Taxes

​

​Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges that may be incurred upon delivery of artwork. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.​ Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's government and customs authority. The rates and regulations vary from country to country and can change without notice.​ It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any duties and taxes are paid promptly to avoid delays in delivery. The shipping carrier may offer assistance with the payment, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.

​Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in the artwork being held at customs, returned to the seller, or destroyed. The buyer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to non-payment.​ Refunds for returned artwork will not include the cost of duties and taxes previously paid by the buyer. These costs are non-refundable as they are paid to the respective government authorities.
